When I look back at my 30+ years of experience in home building and construction I realize it has always led me here: finding the problems others overlook and being able to share my knowledge to help members of the community. I have always been the guy you call when you have a difficult or unique problem to solve. I have worked as a home builder, Carpenter, lineman, facilities maintenance technician, consultant, and more! All my experience has given me the ability to spot potential problems that others usually miss. I am often called to a home after other professionals have given up or been unable to find a particular issue. I have 14+ years living in and working on mountain homes, that tend to be more challenging to inspect or work on, which means you can be assured that I will provide a home inspection or consultation that will be comprehensive.
