Rodents in Colorado are a problem not just because they can destroy personal property and create problems with a home's structure, but also because they can spread serious diseases to humans and their pets. Rodent-borne disease may be spread directly -- by touching rodents or their urine, feces or saliva -- or indirectly -- by coming into contact with fleas or other insects that have fed on an infected rodent host.

Wood destroying organisms in Colorado can include; Termites, Carpenter ants, various wood boring beetles, and more. Mountain homes in particular, need extra attention to seek out and identify any damage or infestations. Our inspection will identify ay rodent or WDO issues, and recommend steps to help mitigate the problem. This inspection does not check for mold, mildew, or non insect WDO organisms. We use the NPMA-33 form approved by HUD.
