Pre-Purchase Inspection
When you schedule an inspection with High range home, I highly encourage you to plan for 2 to 3 hours minimum. My inspections are highly participatory, and I encourage you to follow and ask questions. I like to cover every deficiency I find with you, in person; that way, when you receive the report, you have a complete understanding of your new home. I typically like to have an hour to an hour and a half to go through systems where it is not feasible for you to participate such as; the roof, any crawlspaces, etc; Please plan on arriving around one hour after the time you schedule. As part of the walkthrough I can often help diagnose problems and explain what is involved with the repair or issue. I differentiate between minor concerns and major issues that may affect the negotiation in purchasing your home. I have over 30 years actual contractor experience.
